In addition, the use of Deep Sea controls allowed us to easily meet the NFPA annunciator requirement. As a 45-year old mission critical generator company, one of the things we value the most is equipment reliability. Briggs and Stratton shares this value as indicated with the use of quality components such as GM/PSI engines, Mecc Alte alternators and non-proprietary Deep Sea Controls. Offering the Briggs and Stratton/ASCO 285 series switch gear also reassured the customer that this was a quality system. We proudly completed the installation and site work before the beginning of the school year and commissioned the generator a few weeks later. We have been successfully installing the 35kW Briggs and Stratton units for wastewater lift stations; this was the first 80kW solution we installed using Briggs and Stratton.
